Getting Started

Inviting team members and assigning roles

Add admins, analysts, and viewers to your organization and control what each can see and change with role-based permissions.

Axionac uses role-based access so each person sees only what their job needs.

How to invite someone

  • Open Team in the dashboard and send an invite to their work email.
  • Pick a role — a full administrator, or a limited role that can review reports but not change policies.
  • They accept the invite and sign in with Axionac ID; no shared passwords are needed.

Roles at a glance

  • Admin — manage devices, policies, billing, and team.
  • Analyst — review activity and incidents, run reports.
  • Viewer — read-only access to dashboards and reports.

You can change or remove a member's access at any time.
