Employee Monitoring
Working hours, idle time and screenshots
Fine-tune monitoring to your team's schedule: define working hours, how idle time is detected, and how often screenshots are taken.
These settings shape how monitoring reflects a real working day.
Working hours
Define the hours a policy considers "on the clock." Activity outside those hours can be excluded or clearly separated in reports, so after-hours time is not mixed into productivity numbers.
Idle detection
When there is no keyboard or mouse input for a set interval, time is marked as idle rather than active, giving a truer picture of focused work.
Screenshots
Choose an interval, or capture only around policy events. Lower frequencies collect less data; event-based capture keeps evidence only where it matters.
